Application for registration.—Every foreign company carrying on the carrying on of business in India by a foreign company shall make an application for registration to the Competition Commission in Form ADT-1, within sixty days of the commencement of these rules, accompanied by a fee of fifty thousand rupees and a statement of every debenture held by him on the date of the application, and shall keep a copy of the application and of the statement for sixty days from that date.
