Safe custody.—Every requisitioned property owner shall keep every possession certificate to which these rules apply in a receptacle or place reserved for the purpose at the premises where the ownership of requisitioned property is carried on, shall record in Form 7 the description of every possession certificate so kept and the date on which it was received, and shall furnish a copy of the record to the Custodian of Enemy Property within one hundred and twenty days of the close of each year.
