Surrender of certificate.—Every requisitioned property owner who ceases to carry on the ownership of requisitioned property shall, within thirty days of such cessation, surrender the certificate of registration to the Custodian of Enemy Property in person or by registered post, and shall inform it in Form 6 of the manner in which every parcel of land held by him has been disposed of.
