Transfer of registration.—A certificate of registration shall not be transferable: Provided that where any requisitioned property owner dies, his legal representative shall, within forty-five days of the death, intimate the death to the Custodian of Enemy Property in Form 3, surrender the certificate of registration to it and furnish a statement of every register of documents then held; and the Custodian of Enemy Property shall enter the intimation in the register within ninety days of its receipt.
