Custody of the register.—The register maintained under these rules shall be kept at the office of the Custodian of Enemy Property in the custody of the Sub-Registrar, shall be bound and its pages numbered, and shall not be removed from that office except on the written order of the Custodian of Enemy Property; and where the Sub-Registrar having custody of it is succeeded by another, an entry recording the transfer of custody shall be made in Form 6 within sixty days of the succession.
