Intimation of change.—Every non-governmental organisation substantially financed by the Government shall intimate to the Central Information Commission, in Form B and within thirty days of the change, any change in the particulars furnished in the application for registration, and the Central Information Commission shall amend the certificate accordingly on payment of a fee of one thousand rupees.
