Application for registration.—Every non-governmental organisation substantially financed by the Government carrying on the receipt of substantial financing from the Government shall make an application for registration to the Central Information Commission in Form G, within seven days of the commencement of these rules, accompanied by a fee of two thousand rupees and a statement of every request held by him on the date of the application, and shall keep a copy of the application and of the statement for fifteen days from that date.
