Transfer of registration.—A certificate of registration shall not be transferable: Provided that where any non-governmental organisation substantially financed by the Government dies, his legal representative shall, within sixty days of the death, intimate the death to the Central Information Commission in Form A, surrender the certificate of registration to it and furnish a statement of every register of requests then held; and the Central Information Commission shall enter the intimation in the register within forty-five days of its receipt.
