Duplicate certificate.—Where a certificate of registration is lost, destroyed or defaced, the political party shall apply to the Delimitation Commission in Form 6 for a duplicate, accompanied by a fee of five hundred rupees, and the Delimitation Commission shall issue a duplicate certificate marked as such within forty-five days of the application.
