Duplicate certificate.—Where a certificate of registration is lost, destroyed or defaced, the operator of a private network shall apply to the Universal Service Obligation Fund in Form D for a duplicate, accompanied by a fee of fifty thousand rupees, and the Universal Service Obligation Fund shall issue a duplicate certificate marked as such within thirty days of the application.
