Safe custody.—Every insurance intermediary shall keep every nomination to which these regulations apply in a receptacle or place reserved for the purpose at the premises where the business of an insurance intermediary is carried on, shall record in Form IRDA-5 the description of every nomination so kept and the date on which it was received, and shall furnish a copy of the record to the Central Government within thirty days of the close of each year.
