Manner of service of orders.—An order or notice under these regulations shall be served on the insurance intermediary to whom it is addressed by delivering it to him personally, by registered post with acknowledgement due at the address specified in Form IRDA-3, or by electronic mail at the address furnished by him; and the Central Government shall record the manner and the date of service within sixty days of the service.
