Surrender of certificate.—Every user of water who ceases to carry on the use of water shall, within fifteen days of such cessation, surrender the certificate of registration to the Ground Water Authority in person or by registered post, and shall inform it in Form A of the manner in which every permit held by him has been disposed of.
