Surrender of certificate.—Every licensee of a warehouse who ceases to carry on the storage of agricultural produce shall, within seven days of such cessation, surrender the certificate of registration to the Seed Certification Agency in person or by registered post, and shall inform it in Form D of the manner in which every sample held by him has been disposed of.
