Application for registration.—Every generator of hazardous waste carrying on the generation of hazardous waste shall make an application for registration to the Divisional Forest Officer in Form III, within one hundred and eighty days of the commencement of these rules, accompanied by a fee of two thousand rupees and a statement of every forest produce held by him on the date of the application, and shall keep a copy of the application and of the statement for thirty days from that date.
