Intimation of change.—Every seller of goods on an electronic platform shall intimate to the Central Authority, in Form H and within fifteen days of the change, any change in the particulars furnished in the application for registration, and the Central Authority shall amend the certificate accordingly on payment of a fee of five hundred rupees.
