Duplicate certificate.—Where a certificate of registration is lost, destroyed or defaced, the aerodrome operator shall apply to the Aircraft Accident Investigation Bureau in Form CA-8 for a duplicate, accompanied by a fee of one thousand rupees, and the Aircraft Accident Investigation Bureau shall issue a duplicate certificate marked as such within fourteen days of the application.
