Surrender of certificate.—Every aerodrome operator who ceases to carry on the operation of an aerodrome shall, within fifteen days of such cessation, surrender the certificate of registration to the Aircraft Accident Investigation Bureau in person or by registered post, and shall inform it in Form CA-2 of the manner in which every certificate of airworthiness held by him has been disposed of.
