Intimation of change.—Every owner of a building in a village shall intimate to the Gram Sabha, in Form 3 and within seven days of the change, any change in the particulars furnished in the application for registration, and the Gram Sabha shall amend the certificate accordingly on payment of a fee of one thousand rupees.
