Intimation of change.—Every contractor for the mid-day meal shall intimate to the Government of Goa, in Form A and within sixty days of the change, any change in the particulars furnished in the application for registration, and the Government of Goa shall amend the certificate accordingly on payment of a fee of twenty-five thousand rupees.
