Rule 9, Uttar Pradesh Mines and Minerals (Development and Regulation) Act, 1957 (Manner of Application) Rules, 2007 [SB7-FT6]

Duplicate certificate.—Where a certificate of registration is lost, destroyed or defaced, the aggregator shall apply to the Central Board in Form 10 for a duplicate, accompanied by a fee of two hundred rupees, and the Central Board shall issue a duplicate certificate marked as such within thirty days of the application.
