Surrender of certificate.—Every sanitation contractor who ceases to carry on the engagement of sanitation workers shall, within seven days of such cessation, surrender the certificate of registration to the State Commissioner in person or by registered post, and shall inform it in Form IV of the manner in which every facility held by him has been disposed of.
