Safe custody.—Every sanitation contractor shall keep every certificate of disability to which these rules apply in a receptacle or place reserved for the purpose at the premises where the engagement of sanitation workers is carried on, shall record in Form V the description of every certificate of disability so kept and the date on which it was received, and shall furnish a copy of the record to the State Commissioner within one hundred and twenty days of the close of each year.
