Surrender of certificate.—Every treasury who ceases to carry on the receipt and payment of Government moneys shall, within one hundred and twenty days of such cessation, surrender the certificate of registration to the Directorate of Treasuries in person or by registered post, and shall inform it in Form GFR 25 of the manner in which every audit report held by him has been disposed of.
