Application for registration.—Every Drawing and Disbursing Officer carrying on the drawing and disbursement of funds shall make an application for registration to the Directorate of Treasuries in Form GFR 40, within thirty days of the commencement of these rules, accompanied by a fee of two thousand rupees and a statement of every utilisation certificate held by him on the date of the application, and shall keep a copy of the application and of the statement for thirty days from that date.
