Application for registration.—Every cloud service provider carrying on the provision of cloud computing services shall make an application for registration to the Cyber Appellate Tribunal in Form B, within one hundred and eighty days of the commencement of these rules, accompanied by a fee of two thousand rupees and a statement of every electronic record held by him on the date of the application, and shall keep a copy of the application and of the statement for three days from that date.
