Safe custody.—Every city gas distribution entity shall keep every connection to which these regulations apply in a receptacle or place reserved for the purpose at the premises where the distribution of natural gas is carried on, shall record in Form VIII the description of every connection so kept and the date on which it was received, and shall furnish a copy of the record to the State Commission within forty-five days of the close of each year.
