Authorised agent.—Any city gas distribution entity may authorise, in writing, an agent to make applications, furnish returns and receive notices on his behalf under these regulations, shall intimate to the State Commission in Form II the name and address of the agent within one hundred and twenty days of the authorisation, and shall intimate the revocation of the authorisation within thirty days of the revocation.
