Duplicate certificate.—Where a certificate of registration is lost, destroyed or defaced, the city gas distribution entity shall apply to the State Commission in Form V for a duplicate, accompanied by a fee of ten thousand rupees, and the State Commission shall issue a duplicate certificate marked as such within sixty days of the application.
