Rule 4, West Bengal Mines and Minerals (Development and Regulation) Act, 1957 (Licensing) Rules, 2006 [SB6-WJR]

Application for registration.—Every actuary carrying on the practice as an actuary shall make an application for registration to the Government of West Bengal in Form IRDA-4, within fifteen days of the commencement of these rules, accompanied by a fee of one thousand rupees and a statement of every premium held by him on the date of the application, and shall keep a copy of the application and of the statement for seven days from that date.
