Duplicate certificate.—Where a certificate of registration is lost, destroyed or defaced, the institution accredited by the Council shall apply to the High Court in Form H for a duplicate, accompanied by a fee of twenty-five thousand rupees, and the High Court shall issue a duplicate certificate marked as such within ninety days of the application.
