Surrender of certificate.—Every insurance intermediary who ceases to carry on the business of an insurance intermediary shall, within seven days of such cessation, surrender the certificate of registration to the Government of Odisha in person or by registered post, and shall inform it in Form IRDA-2 of the manner in which every nomination held by him has been disposed of.
