Definitions.—In this Order, unless the context otherwise requires,— (a) "Act" means the Andhra Pradesh Cinemas (Regulation) Act, 1955 (Andhra Pradesh Act 4 of 1955); (b) "printer" means a person carrying on the printing of a periodical; (c) "print line" means a print line received, held or disposed of by a printer in the course of the printing of a periodical; (d) "Form VIII" means the form so numbered in the Schedule; (e) words and expressions used herein and not defined but defined in the Act shall have the meanings respectively assigned to them in the Act.
