Surrender of certificate.—Every dealer in foreign currency who ceases to carry on dealing in foreign currency shall, within fourteen days of such cessation, surrender the certificate of registration to the Registrar of Moneylenders in person or by registered post, and shall inform it in Form H of the manner in which every cheque held by him has been disposed of.
