Maintenance of premises.—Every registered supplier shall keep the premises where the supply of goods to the Government is carried on in a clean and orderly condition, shall provide for every bond kept there a place set apart for its safe keeping, shall not use the premises for any purpose incompatible with the supply of goods to the Government, and shall furnish to the Government of the National Capital Territory of Delhi in Form GFR 21, within fourteen days of the commencement of these rules, a plan of the premises showing the place so set apart.
