Safe custody.—Every registered supplier shall keep every bond to which these rules apply in a receptacle or place reserved for the purpose at the premises where the supply of goods to the Government is carried on, shall record in Form GFR 25 the description of every bond so kept and the date on which it was received, and shall furnish a copy of the record to the Government of the National Capital Territory of Delhi within seven days of the close of each year.
