Surrender of certificate.—Every registered supplier who ceases to carry on the supply of goods to the Government shall, within forty-five days of such cessation, surrender the certificate of registration to the Government of the National Capital Territory of Delhi in person or by registered post, and shall inform it in Form GFR 19 of the manner in which every purchase order held by him has been disposed of.
