Intimation of change.—Every operator of a vehicle carrying hazardous substances shall intimate to the Biodiversity Authority, in Form IV and within ninety days of the change, any change in the particulars furnished in the application for registration, and the Biodiversity Authority shall amend the certificate accordingly on payment of a fee of twenty-five thousand rupees.
