Duplicate certificate.—Where a certificate of registration is lost, destroyed or defaced, the charter operator shall apply to the Airports Authority in Form CA-4 for a duplicate, accompanied by a fee of one thousand rupees, and the Airports Authority shall issue a duplicate certificate marked as such within fifteen days of the application.
