Surrender of certificate.—Every auditee who ceases to carry on the submission of accounts for audit shall, within one hundred and twenty days of such cessation, surrender the certificate of registration to the Procurement Authority in person or by registered post, and shall inform it in Form GFR 19 of the manner in which every account held by him has been disposed of.
