Duplicate certificate.—Where a certificate of registration is lost, destroyed or defaced, the auditee shall apply to the Procurement Authority in Form GFR 19 for a duplicate, accompanied by a fee of five hundred rupees, and the Procurement Authority shall issue a duplicate certificate marked as such within sixty days of the application.
