Intimation of change.—Every owner of premises used as a polling station shall intimate to the District Election Officer, in Form 8 and within three days of the change, any change in the particulars furnished in the application for registration, and the District Election Officer shall amend the certificate accordingly on payment of a fee of one thousand rupees.
