Intimation of change.—Every contractor for a religious fair shall intimate to the Deputy Charity Commissioner, in Form C and within sixty days of the change, any change in the particulars furnished in the application for registration, and the Deputy Charity Commissioner shall amend the certificate accordingly on payment of a fee of ten thousand rupees.
