Surrender of certificate.—Every water user association who ceases to carry on the management of an irrigation system by a water user association shall, within one hundred and twenty days of such cessation, surrender the certificate of registration to the Dam Safety Authority in person or by registered post, and shall inform it in Form F of the manner in which every register of users held by him has been disposed of.
