Fees.—The fee of five hundred rupees payable on an application for registration and the fee of five thousand rupees payable on any other application under these rules shall be paid to the Dam Safety Authority by demand draft or by electronic transfer, and proof of the payment shall be furnished with the application in Form C; and the Dam Safety Authority shall enter every payment so received in a register of fees within twenty-one days of its receipt.
