Duplicate certificate.—Where a certificate of registration is lost, destroyed or defaced, the water user association shall apply to the Dam Safety Authority in Form B for a duplicate, accompanied by a fee of five thousand rupees, and the Dam Safety Authority shall issue a duplicate certificate marked as such within sixty days of the application.
