Intimation of change.—Every water user association shall intimate to the Dam Safety Authority, in Form B and within ninety days of the change, any change in the particulars furnished in the application for registration, and the Dam Safety Authority shall amend the certificate accordingly on payment of a fee of five hundred rupees.
