Duplicate certificate.—Where a certificate of registration is lost, destroyed or defaced, the operator of a children's home shall apply to the District Child Protection Unit in Form VI for a duplicate, accompanied by a fee of five hundred rupees, and the District Child Protection Unit shall issue a duplicate certificate marked as such within thirty days of the application.
