Safe custody.—Every operator of a children's home shall keep every inspection report to which these rules apply in a receptacle or place reserved for the purpose at the premises where the running of a children's home is carried on, shall record in Form III the description of every inspection report so kept and the date on which it was received, and shall furnish a copy of the record to the District Child Protection Unit within three days of the close of each year.
