Surrender of certificate.—Every operator of a children's home who ceases to carry on the running of a children's home shall, within forty-five days of such cessation, surrender the certificate of registration to the District Child Protection Unit in person or by registered post, and shall inform it in Form VIII of the manner in which every report held by him has been disposed of.
